Carbon Fiber Powder

Carbon fiber powder, also called ground carbon fiber, is made of high-strength and high-modulus carbon fiber filaments.
Equal-length cylindrical particles obtained by special surface treatment, grinding, microscopic screening, screening, and high-temperature baking. It retains many of the excellent properties of carbon fiber, and has a small shape and smooth surface.
It is pure, has a large specific surface area, is easily wetted by resin and dispersed, and is a composite filler with excellent performance.
It can be compounded with resin, plastic, metal, rubber and other materials to increase the strength and wear resistance of the material. It has been widely used as conductive additives for nickel metal hydride and nickel cadmium battery positive and negative electrode materials, electronic chips, conductive plates, conductive floors, Electronic machinery, anti-static industry (coatings, floors, paints, inks), anti-static filters, national defense industry, building insulation, chemical and food coarse-efficiency filtration, motorcycle mufflers, paint drying room air filtration, polytetrafluoroethylene and other fields.

Carbon fiber powder can be ground into 50 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 120 mesh, 150 mesh, 200 mesh, 325 mesh, etc. according to customer requirements.
