CARBON FIBER

Carbon fiber is mainly composed of carbon elements, which have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, friction resistance, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. It has a fibrous shape, softness, and can be processed into various fabrics.

GLASS FIBER

Glass fiber is a kind of very fine inorganic fiber (a few micrometers to two dozen micrometers in diameter) drawn from molten glass.It has excellent characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, good insulation, non-combustion, and high thermal stability.

Aramid Fiber Fabric

Aramid fiber fabric 210g/m² is a high-performance woven fabric made from aramid fibers , designed for applications requiring exceptional heat resistance, flame retardancy, and mechanical strength. The fabric is produced using advanced weaving technology to ensure uniform structure and consistent performance.

Unidirectional Carbon Fiber Fabrics

Concrete beam bending and shear reinforcement, plate bending reinforcement, columns and other seismic reinforcement. Industrial and civil buildings reinforcement, road and bridge, water conservancy, nuclear power and energy and other infrastructure reinforcement.

Bidirectional Carbon Fiber Fabrics

1.Aerospace: Fuselage, Rudder. 2.Sports Equipment: Automobile Parts, Fish Pole, Baseball Bat, Sled, Speedboat, Badminton Racket, etc. 3.Industry: Engine component, reinforced material of concert structure, air-blower vane, driving shaft, etc. 4.Fire Protection: Apply for fireproof clothing production of army, fire forces, steel plants,etc.

Carbon Fiber Plate For Reinforcement

Carbon fiber plate is carbon fiber impregnated resin curing and continuous pultrusion in the mold. It made of high-quality carbon fiber and good epoxy resin.  Yarn tension uniformity, maintaining the strength of carbon fiber and product stability. Tensile strength up to 2400Mpa,elastic modulus up to 160Gpa.

Carbon Fiber Laminates (Cfrp)

Carbon fiber laminates are typically made by pressing multiple layers of carbon fiber fabric or unidirectional carbon fiber together under high pressure and temperature using a high-strength epoxy resin. The resulting plate/laminate is then cut into various sizes and shapes, depending on the specific application.

Carbon Fiber Rebar(Cfrp)
